BROCKHAMPTON Return With ‘BOYS’ Visuals
BROCKHAMPTON aka “The Internet’s First Boy Band” have managed to get alot done since their conception in 2015. Bought together by Kevin Abstract after connecting through a notable Kanye West fan forum, the 15 strong team consists of rappers, artists and art directors, all with a common goal to acheive.
They have released both a mixtape ‘All-American Trash’ and a debut album ‘Saturation’, as well as having their own TV show via VICELAND and releasing their own app.
While they explore other avenues, it would be easy to assume that their workrate in music would dip. But instead, they have been pushing videos on a bi-weekly basis, with a total of 10 videos over the past six months amassing over 11 million views. Their latest visuals are for the laid back banger ‘BOYS’ and as expected from BROCKHAMPTON, things arent exactly straight forward. Released earlier on their own app, the unedited video is a 6 minute lo-fi film shot on an analogue camera featuring the boys messing around before their show while on tour.
