Chance The Rapper Beams Down With ‘Angels’

Making hats and making music literally come all in a days work for Chance The Rapper, this Chicagoan’s been laying the blueprint to a real independent man since his debut – I mean he even got “Steve giving out Apples for free”.

If you haven’t already rinsed this track to death, then the new video for ‘Angels’ featuring Saba is ready for a resurrection. Riding the train not like any ol dude, Chance flies through the city landing on the Chicago El subway roof, with the passengers inside soon breaking into dance – and that’s got us wishing our commutes went down like this – if only we got ‘Angels’ like that too.

Chance’s dance steps got the internets on a two step back in October with the world premiere of his live performance of ‘Angels’ on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. It may have taken a good few months for the single to shine in it’s full glory, but timing is everything. Choreographed by Ian Eastwood, the video above is directed by Austin Vesely with animation by Hebru Brand Studios bringing us a new kind of ‘Flyboy’.

Wearing his halo like a hat, Chance also launched the new range of Chicago’s new  White Sox caps with New Era appearing a new video commercial – they works for the stands yo!

Still unsigned and still killing it, the ‘Angel’ of ‘Ultralight Beams’ is rumoured to be ready to drop his follow up mixtape to ‘Acid Rap’ anytime soon – if that happens he’ll have the world doing front flips!
