Could Hotline Bling Be Drake’s First No.1 Record

With multiple hooks, features and hit’s to his name, it’s actually surprising to think that Drake still hasn’t scored a no.1 single in the U.S or the U.K. But that looks like it’s could just change as ‘Hotline Bling’ the single continues it’s rise up the charts.

Could Drake unseat Justin Bieber or The Weeknd? It’s a Canadian quadruple in the Top 4 of the Hot 100 in the U.S already and while Drake’s about the unleash the new video for ‘Hotline Bling’; The Weeknd has just ramped up his campaign and added 2 new remixes featuring Nick Minaj and Eminem; And Justin, well Justin just had a leak of a different sort that has just made his appeal alot ‘bigger’.

It’s probably fitting that we’ve got our eyes firmly on the Canadian contingent – and we’re not just looking at the big hitters we’re also watching out for who’s next. Justin’s firmly held the No.1 spot for the 4th week in the U.K with ‘What Do You Mean’ while Drake is creeping up the charts and currently sitting at No.8.

Video for Hotline Bling coming soon.

Anticipation for ‘Views From The 6’ is already bursting at the seams and Drake’s ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late’ is now ahead of Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar in terms of digital sales – can Drake nail the crown as the biggest selling artist of 2015 overall?

Better get that video out there and get that ‘Hotline’ blinging Drake!
