Playing out like the day to day politicking of the Labour PLP, this ones got some titans of rap channeling their lyrical rage through a political showdown in the new visual for ‘Nobody Speak’.
Run the Jewels feature on the second single off of DJ Shadow’s ‘The Mountain Will Fall’ album, and pull no punches lyrically as the new video unfolds with some pale faced politicians literally throwing punches at each other. Now I don’t know about you but maybe this is the shit that just needs to go down once and for all post-Brexit when those negotiations begin – c’mon you know they just wanted to throw a right hook right into Nigel Farage’s jaw after the referendum. Whether it’s the Brits or the Americans, or the world political stage, the way things are going just put ’em all in the ring and let em slug it out! Run The Jewels’ Killer Mike seems to agree – “It’s such a dope video. It’s what I really wish Trump and Hillary would just do and get it over with…And even in that fight I think Hillary would win – and that’s not an endorsement.”
