Domo Genesis & Anderson .Paak Get ‘Dapper’ At The Disco
Smoke that fire! It’s time to hit the roller disco and get into an awkward groove to the debut album from Domo Genesis, if that doesn’t make you want to put your skates on for Spring then take a look at the ‘Dapper’ new visual.
With the album came the drop of the Alex Lill directed video for ‘Dapper’ featuring Anderson .Paak and a host of cameos from Tyler, The Creator, Taco, Jasper and Left Brain, all donning L.A rollers and going round and round the disco with that funky feel good feeling. In fact there’s something of the funk and boom bap flava throughout the album all colliding together with some soul laced hooks that deliver an unexpected and welcome new direction for Domo.
The Inglewood rappers album ‘Genesis’ is his first full length project for Odd Future Records and features guest verses and vocals from Wiz Khalifa, Tyler, The Creator, Juicy J, Mac Miller, Anderson .Paak, JMSN, Da$h, Cam-Obi and more. ‘Dapper’ sets the tone for an album that bounces though fresh cuts with an airy flow and points to a multi-faceted future for this odd member who seems to have found his way after being lost and found in his journey through the sound of music.
