Drake Drops a Remix of Dave’s ‘Wanna Know’

A month ago some of them didn’t know about Dave, but whoa if you’re in any doubt that Drake only links with the real ones, then truss this new remix of Santan Dave’s ‘Wanna Know’ has now got a whole lot more people talking about Dave.

Drake’s gone done did it again! Alongside 3 tracks premiered off of his forthcoming project ‘More Life’, he dropped a surprise remix on the birthday edition of the OVO Sound Radio show. It’s barely been a month since Dave debuted his stellar ‘Six Paths EP’, taking himself and his crew to Italy to shoot the visuals for ‘Wanna Know’, serving as a victory lap for what’s been a whirlwind 12 months. If hearing Dave switch it up and flex his vocals with an infectious hook didn’t already have you singing “Like whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa”, then there’s not a question that this new remix treatment from Drake won’t have you all following a path to Dave’s door.

Drake’s ‘More Life’ project is due out in December and will precede his back to back sold out UK Arena tour, and as he takes a cue from Dave in the ‘Wanna Know’ remix – “Catties they be calling up my phone, Trying to get tickets to a show, Yeah, I got U.K. tings on the WhatsApp now, Like +44 on the road.”
