Energe Drops Sensual Visuals For ‘High Note’

We introduced you to Energe a few weeks back with his vibe, ‘I Get It‘, now the Chicago hailing artist shares the visuals for the even smoother, ‘High Note’.

Energe dropped ‘High Note’ about 3 months ago on Soundcloud, it’s garnered over 40,000 plays, with it’s smooth riff and perfect balance between melodies and smooth emcee hooks. The visuals, directed fellow Chicagoan, a Will Moore film, have this fluid feel, that remind me slightly of the early 00’s Hype Williams videos. With silhouette shots and the ever elusive Energe and a lady friend, the video captures the sensual vibe of ‘High Note’ perfectly.

With an album expected from Energe later this year, now is pretty much the right time to start bumping with his energy, which blends R&B with the edginess and flow of a lyricist. Check out the visuals above.
