Get Into Snakehips ‘Right Now’

Following the success of ‘Don’t Leave’ featuring Danish songstress MØ, the British Production duo Snakeships are by far ahead of their creative spectrum and continuing to surpass it.

From collaborations with Tinashe, Anderson Paak, Chance The Rapper, and the Internet’s Syd, Ollie and James take another turn from their recognised polished R’n’B cuts to hit their organic hip-hop foundations. Serving up a well crafted record with melodious tones carved into unpredictable synths,  Right Now’ is a tale of a relatable troubled tumultuous relationship. Inspiring the ideology of living in the moment despite feeling trapped and intoxicated, its all about right now.

The percussion heavy cut features the eccentric D.R.A.M already featured in our Nation of Billions cover story, after breaking out with his hit record ‘Broccoli’ featuring Lil Yatty. This vocal cocktail is euphoric with the addition of sensational H.E.R and Atlanta singer/songwriter ELHAE, giving the cut a glorious originality and purpose. Raw as a standout contender for the summer, the season is upon us.

The pair will embark on their world tour from Ireland to Madrid and then stateside, with a homecoming concert at London’s prestigious Kentish Town Forum. Having already sold out the legendary KOKO be sure to get your front row seats to witness what is promised to be an incredible night of music through the eyes and ears of these two sound architects.
