Damn this is one funky jam you really need to hear! Joey Purp and Chance The Rapper go head to head on the new funk fuelled single ‘GIRLS @’ and it’s just sweet!

Reminiscent of early Neptunes beat bounce, ‘Girls@’ sets up the forthcoming drop of Joey’s album “iiiDrops” on Friday 27th May. Joey teams up with his SaveMoney affiliate and friend Chance the Rapper, dropping some pretty hilarious wordplay as the duo look out for all types of girls in the club. Joey’s got eyes for the girls stacking that money, money with Birkin Bags, Mercedes Benz and a big house! While Chance drops a killer verse, looking out for the bookish types, “Where all the girls @ with the book in the club?, With the readin’ glasses on, gettin’ shook in the club, Readin’ Ta-Nehisi Coates, hummin’ SpottieOttieDope”

The new single comes hot off the back of Joey’s earlier drops, ‘Cornerstore’ and ‘Photo Booth’, heating up anticipation for his project. ‘Girls@’ is produced by frequent collaborator Knox Fortune, who’s also got credits on Chance’s ‘Coloring Book’, as well as co-production from Peter Cottontale of The Social Experiment.
