L-Vis 1990 Teams Up With Flohio & Cassive on ‘Yeah Yeah’
Co-founder of the dance label Night Slugs and club promoter, L-Vis 1990 may have been a little quite over on this side of the channel of late, but now back from his time in New York, he’s ready to reclaim his territory.
Still charging up his production with bass heavy beats, there’s a different tempo to his pace and and it’s evident on his new track ‘Yeah Yeah’ featuring rising MC Flohio and Tru Love Crew member, Cassive. Gritty and raw with a bodak bounce, ‘Yeah Yeah’ has definitely got us curious about what’s in store on his forthcoming project.
On how the track came together, L-Vis 1990 says, “Flohio was top of my vocal hit list when I returned to London after my time living in NYC. She had me with her first few bars on SE16 with God Colony. I loved the energy of her delivery and the youthfulness in her lyrics. When I’m producing for someone I don’t like to just send them beats I like to meet them and find out what they are about first.”
