Life Is Eazi Culture Festival

Mr Eazi brings his very own ‘Life Is Eazi Culture Festival’ to London’s Roundhouse in September.

In 2017, the Afrobeats sound has been gathering momentum globally, musicians from Omarion to Major Lazer and Beyoncè have all recently been inspired by the creativity of the African continent; with artists like Wizkid, Tekno and Mr. Eazi being amongst the biggest exporters of the modern African sound – now, Mr. Eazi brings his very own ‘Life is Eazi’ culture festival to Camden’s Roundhouse.

A string of internet hits including ‘Dance For Me’, ‘Leg Over’, ‘Skintight’ and his latest single ‘Short Skirt’ have amassed 60 million plus views for Mr Eazi to date, and a recent ‘artist of the year’ nomination at this year’s African Pride Awards show. His huge international success led to a performance at this years SXSW festival as well as his present ‘Detty’ world tour.

Not only has his music been proven to capture imaginations, but his mixture of contemporary looks and traditional African textiles had Vogue declaring Mr. Eazi (and his stylist Mariam Aduke Abass) as “putting West African style on the map”. Later this year, Mr. Eazi will bring together special guests and big names from across the musical spectrum, with Camden chosen to host this one off night of culture thanks to the role the capital city has played throughout Mr. Eazi’s musical journey so far.

On September 23, Mr. Eazi brings his banku music to Camden in a celebration of African culture. DJ’s, dancers and artists alike will come together for a special night of art, fashion, dance and music with Mr Eazi both curating the entire event and closing the culture festival with a special two hour performance of his own.

Limited VIP tickets for the Life Is Eazi Culture Festival are available and entitle purchasers to meet and greet the man himself and can be bought here.
