All round electro prince, Mura Masa enlists his Anchor Point Records signee Bonzai on his latest melodic electronic vibe, ‘What If I Go’.
19 year old Mura Masa has the Midas touch, everything he lends his hands to, turns into pure musical gold. Aside from making vibes, Mura Masa is busy curating and fine-tuning some of the most forward thinking (and sounding) artists under his own label imprint, Anchor Point. Anchor Point is home to new signings, Jadu Heart, Tyra and Dublin’s Bonzai, who features on Mura Masa’s latest offering, ‘What If I Go’.
‘What If I Go’ is this exuberant blend of various acoustics including steel drums and celestial-like harps, brought together under Mura Masa’s magical production. Bonzai never disappoints, throughout she delivers these almost angelic vocals, bursting energy of passion, leaving you with chills.
While Mura Masa gears up for his sold out shows across the UK, he’s also revealed that ‘What If I Go’ is the second single, lifted from his debut album. For Mura Masa fans, it is a very eagerly awaited follow up to his 2015 ‘Someday Somewhere’ EP that features the likes of Nao, Denai Moore and Jay Prince.
