Nathan Miller Launches Online Course For Filmakers

British documentarian Nathan Miller has launched a crowdfunding project for CineClass, an online course in documentary film making that aims to break down all you need to know. Having quit his job as a doorman at London’s Ace Hotel in Shoreditch, Nathan Miller went on to create and self release his first documentary film entitled ‘LDN’. A year on, and Miller has flown across the world, working with brands, honing his skill and capturing stories from across the world.

Now, Miller is looking to pay forward the knowledge he has acquired to free others with a creative passion from 9-5 drudgery. Learning from the best around, CineClass gives you a seat at the table, sharing the wealth of knowledge gained by Miller on his journey.

“Following a coffee/conversation with Oscar-winning director Asif Kapadia (Amy, Senna), I thought it would be amazing to learn lessons from the greats in filmmaking and make it accessible to all.” Miller says of his brand new crowdfunding project, “I’ve had my fair share of success, I have great mentors and I’m sharing it all.”

The goal is to raise £12,000 on Indiegogo to bring this course to reality and get that next crop of film makers skilled up by the best in the game. Being on a low income doesn’t mean individuals are less creative, only, that they have less opportunities readily available – CineClass aims to change all that.
