It’s been a quiet year for Beyonce, no new releases or major media stories but rumours are rife that a new album could be in the works. So who really expected Bey to do a Bieber and jump on what will undoubtedly be another huge dance record this year? That’s a coup that only British producer Naughty Boy has managed to secure.
Kudos to the stalwart producer otherwise known as Shahid Khan, who’s established a credible slew of credits and collaborations from Mary J. Blige to Emeli Sandé and of course to Sam Smith who featured on Naughty Boy’s no.1 U.K single ‘La La La’.
The video for Naughty Boy’s ‘Runnin’ (Lose It All)’ is a beautifully shot story of underwater love with no visuals of Beyonce just her vocal flair alongside newcomer Arrow Benjamin.
