While the ears of the UK are firmly planted on grime, UK hip-hop is busy cementing its sound too. Enter Piers James, the Ipswich hailing rapper gearing up the the release of his ‘Vibes & Tribulations’ EP with his nostalgia induced sounding single ‘The Era’.

Teaming up with Yoji for some soulful laced vocals in the track, this one is the second single released for Piers James’ up and coming project. Fusing traditional 90’s hip-hop beats, alongside quintessentially British raps, ‘The Era’ is a perfect summer vibe.
