Power Is Coming to Netflix In The UK
By now you should all know how much we’ve been fiending on Power since Semtex chopped it up with 50 Cent, so it finally looks like Netflix have caught on and followed suit by bringing the hit drama series ‘Power’ to UK screens.
Previously only screened in the US on the cable network Starz, the tv drama has now secured international tv rights and from April 1st ya’ll will be able to get your fix of Kanan the super grimy character played by 50 Cent who is also the executive producer of the series. 50 released the ‘Kanan Tape‘ last year, and it’s a package deal cos to get into the music you got get into the mind of Kanan the on-screen character.
Clear your schedules because you’ll be bingeing on 2 seasons straight back to back, so avoid any spoilers if you haven’t already clocked that this is one drama series that will literally have you fixated over the 18 episodes.
Season 3 premieres later this year on Starz in the U.S and since season 2 ended on a cliffhanger it’s going to be an intense season opening no doubt. There’s no confirmation that season 3 will also screen on Netflix in the UK, but till we know more, April 1 is all about Seasons 1 and 2 – again!
*Update – The third season of Starz’s original drama series Power will premiere on Netflix UK on Monday July 18th, and new episodes will then continue to be made available to Netflix UK subscribers every Monday, less than 24 hours after they air on premium cable network Starz in the United States.
