Ro Ransom Drops Delusions On ‘Doppelgänger’
Gotta admit this new one from Ro Ransom, comes totally unexpected in both style and substance but it’s definitely picked up the momentum for his forthcoming mixtape – ‘Momentum’.
‘Doppelgänger,’ gives Ransom range to explore an alternate direction to his previous tracks, as he rides along an island tinged production. Opening up his heartbreak straight into song, ‘Doppelgänger’ locks you in hook, line and sinker – even if his ex wasn’t one to stick around for that ride or die type of love. Running over 5 minutes long, and apparently 6 months of writing into song, it may be too late for the relationship but Ransom’s patiently waiting for karmic retribution.“Girl it’s still too late for you / Cause it may not be a day, a week /A month but karmas coming we gon’ see.”
Whatever Ro’s got in preparation for the next project, it’s a step in the right direction, with production on the track from LA’s Sweater Beats and Brenton Duvall, listen below;
