SYD Drops Something That Is ‘All About Me’

This might be a special affair for Syd but mark our words this is no solo affair, as every member of the The Internet are getting ready to drop projects this year.

Look at it more as an extension of The Internet’s 2015 album ‘Ego Death’ and a release of energy from each individual member. First up, and high with anticipation, Syd kicks off the year with her first single from ‘Fin’, also her forthcoming debut album.’All About Me’ is produced by co-member Steve Lacy and precedes the album which will be released on February 3rd. Written and produced by Syd with MeLo-X, Hit-Boy, Haze, Rahki, Steve Lacy, the album lists 12 tracks but no features.

Premiered by Syd herself, watch the new video below, directed by Dalmatic which also features appearances the Internet crew of course as well as Tyler the Creator. “This is my descent into the depth I want the band to get to,” she told the publication previously. “For me, this is like an in-between thing–maybe get a song on the radio, maybe make some money, have some new shit to perform.”
