UK Takes Back Control From ‘We The People’ As Snoopers Bill Passes
Think this is George Orwells ‘1984’ in the present-future, then think again 2016 is a whole different kind of totalitarian dystopian mindfuck.
Can’t get through a day without a reality-tv-celebrity-turned-president-elect trash talking on Twitter? Well sorry get used to it, while Trump goes on acting very unpresidential, distraction after distraction will be getting you all more caught up. You’ll have to endure noise from Kanye the celebrity-married-to-reality-star-wannabe-president vying for attention like a lost child. It’ll keep you satisfactorily irate long into the future, while something a lot darker keeps going on in the ether.
When NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden tells you that – “The UK has just legalized the most extreme surveillance in the history of western democracy. It goes farther than many autocracies” – it’s almost ironic. Ironic because I can’t sleep anymore while lyrics from actor-rapper-director-singer aka Glover aka Gambino’s new track ‘Redbone’ are ringing through my head.
